My Coaching Program

My coaching program is the solution to what most diet programs lack… Teaching you how to achieve your goals in a sustainable way so you can maintain the results you achieve.

It is an individually tailored nutrition plan and training program, designed to help you practice and implement habits you can maintain long after we stop working together. I provide thorough weekly check-ins to get to know you on a personal level and assist you the best way possible.

Whether you wish to lose, maintain or gain weight - for health, vanity or performance - I am here to assist you in reaching that goal!

We will practice flexible dieting, macronutrient tracking, and figure out what training structure works best for you. Together we will navigate through social gatherings, vacations, holidays, and other challenges. I will teach you the importance of consistency, and how to find balance.  

What you can expect:

Nutrition plan.

I will create a nutrition plan with the appropriate caloric intake goal and macronutrient split to best reach your goals. Additionally, we will focus on water intake, physical activity, and sleep habits, and implement daily/weekly goals that fit your schedule.

Training program

I will create a training program, tailored to your experience, preferences, training environment, and goals. We will get you moving in a way that is sustainable for you and fits your lifestyle.

Weekly check-in.

Once a week you will complete a check-in via video call where we will asses progress pictures, body measurements and overall progress. I will answer questions and clarify goals and tasks for the upcoming week.

Honest, reliable coaching.

I will always keep our deadlines, be honest in our communication, and tell you things as I see them - even when it is not what you want to hear.

Improved knowledge about nutrition.

It is my goal to provide you with the knowledge and confidence necessary for you to successfully continue the journey on your own and maintain the results we achieve together.

24/7 assistance via text/email.

If you ever have questions, feel like you are not having a good day, or you need some emotional reassurance, just text or email me and I'll get back to you ASAP!

($50 start-up fee)
