Hi, I’m Stine.

I am a professional, certified Nutrition Coach, providing personal coaching. My nutrition plans are individually tailored, focused on sustainable strategies, designed to help you practice and implement habits you can maintain long after we stop working together. 

Whether you wish to lose, maintain or gain weight - for health, vanity or performance - I am here to assist you in reaching that goal!

My mission is to provide a sustainable nutrition plan, help you reach your goals, and give you the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain your results.

My story…

My interest in training and nutrition started at an early age, but has developed professionally over the past 14 years. First by studying Exercise Science in College, later pursuing further education becoming a certified nutrition coach, and along the way, through experiences as both CrossFit coach and athlete. Over the past couple of years my personal focus has moved from optimizing physique and performance as a competitive CrossFit athlete, to optimizing diet and recreational fitness during pregnancy, postpartum, and now, life as a mom of two. All of which have been great learning experiences to help me assist others in their pursuit of dietary changes and body transformations.
